1. General Obligations
Visiting or contacting through the site www.minculegalteam.ro by any means (online, phone, email, etc.) automatically implies acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. This site is managed by the company MINCU PAUL LEGAL TEAM, hereinafter referred to as the Provider. The individual or legal entity that orders and purchases services through the site www.minculegalteam.ro will hereinafter be referred to as the Beneficiary.

MINCU PAUL LEGAL TEAM reserves the right to make changes or update the content of this site without prior notice. The entirety of the content on the site www.minculegalteam.ro is the property of MINCU PAUL LEGAL TEAM and is protected by current copyright laws.
Unauthorized use of any elements from the site’s content without the consent of MINCU PAUL LEGAL TEAM will be punished according to the laws in force (administrative, civil, or criminal). Any copyright infringement that may cause damage to the site www.minculegalteam.ro can be reported to the email address mincuav@gmail.com.

In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, MINCU PAUL LEGAL TEAM undertakes to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by clients.
The collection of personal data is done to fulfill orders (issuing invoices), advertising (Google Ads campaigns, newsletters), and to produce statistics necessary for the development of services offered to clients.
All personal information is collected by MINCU PAUL LEGAL TEAM only if provided by the client.
According to Law no. 677/2001, the client has the right to access, intervene upon data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to address the courts. The client has the right to oppose the processing of personal data and request their deletion. Exercising these rights is possible through a written, dated, and signed request sent to the company's headquarters or to the email address mincuav@gmail.com.
Losses of information due to errors or potential security issues of the server hosting the site www.minculegalteam.ro or actions by third parties are not the responsibility of MINCU PAUL LEGAL TEAM.
4. Fraud Attempts
Any attempt of unauthorized access to the server, databases, email accounts, personal data, or the content of the site www.minculegalteam.ro will be reported to the competent authorities and will be subject to a criminal complaint.
5. Disputes
All disputes that may arise between the Beneficiary and the Provider will be resolved amicably. For any issue that may be considered a dispute, call +40 734 221 224, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:30. If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the competence falls to the Romanian Courts of Law, within the jurisdiction of Bucharest.
By visiting and ordering services by any means (online order using contact forms on the site, phone, email, etc.), the Client confirms that they have read and accepted the above terms and conditions. The Client’s use of the site for information also implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
